Search entries
When a visitor types a name or birth date into a search tool, the input is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. That provider processes the request under its own terms. Oklahoma County Warrant Records does not maintain an official warrant database from those entries.
Messages and submissions
If a visitor sends an email or other message, the message may be retained so a reply can be made. It is not shared outside the operating team unless a legal duty requires disclosure.

No Warrant Data on File
This site does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of Oklahoma County warrants or personal warrant records. It explains how to reach the Sheriff's Warrant Squad, Court Clerk, District Court, and municipal courts. Visitor information is not assembled into reports about other people and is not used to create consumer reports.
Third-Party Search Partners
Search boxes may be operated by outside companies. Information entered into them is handled under the partner's privacy notice, including its retention and sharing practices. Oklahoma County Warrant Records does not control those practices, prices, or results. Review the provider's policy before submitting personal information.
Links to Other Websites
The site links to official sheriff, court, city, state, and federal sources as well as outside search providers. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination's policy governs the visit. Review that policy before sharing a name, birth date, payment detail, or other information.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across sites. Those systems are controlled by the partners.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold by this site. Depending on how a visitor uses the pages, information may be processed by:
- Search providers receiving a submitted query
- Analytics services measuring traffic
- Advertising partners serving sponsored content
- Government or law-enforcement bodies when a valid legal demand requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security practices are used for information under the site's control. No internet service can promise perfect protection, and a transmission to a third-party provider is governed by that provider's systems. Visitors should use official secure portals for sensitive court or payment information and should not post identifiers publicly.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults. The site does not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor submitted information, the parent or guardian may request review and deletion of that information.
Your Data Rights
Oklahoma's privacy and consumer rules may provide rights that apply to a visitor's circumstances. The Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. ยงยง24A.1 et seq., governs access to public government records, not a private site's visitor database. A visitor may still ask what information the site maintains, request correction, request deletion where appropriate, or ask about certain processing.
